Serves 4 Per Serving

1 pound pork tenderloin 1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon catsup
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoon toasted sesame seed
Trim fat from pork
Place pork chop in a self sealing plastic bag set in shallow dish
In a small bowl combine soy sauce, catsup and garlic powder for marinade
Pour marinade over pork tenderloin and refrigerate for 6 to 12 hours
Drain pork tenderloin and discard marinade
Place pork on a rack in a shallow roasting pan
Roast in a preheat oven for 20 to 30 minutes until done
Sprinkle toasted sesame seed on a piece of foil and roll pork in sesame seed
