4 boneless pork loin chop cut 3/4 inch thick

1 orange

1/2 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon minced garlic

Trim fat from pork chop

Place pork chop in a self sealing plastic bag set in shallow dish

Finely shred 1 tablespoon peel from orange

Cut orange in half and squeeze orange until you have 1/4 cup orange juice

In a small bowl combine the orange peel, orange juice, chicken broth, soy sauce and garlic for marinade

Pour marinade over pork chop and refrigerate for 6 to 12 hours

Drain pork chop and pour marinade and discard marinade

Preheat grill to medium heat and place pork chop on grill

Grill orange marinate pork chop for about 15 minutes until done
