8 lamb loin chop, cut 1 inch thick

1/4 cup soft butter

2 tablespoons snip fresh cilantro

1 teaspoons finely shred orange peel

1 teaspoons mince roasted garlic

1/4  teaspoon salt

1/4  teaspoon black pepper

In a small bowl combine butter, cilantro, orange peel and garlic

Cover and chill at least 1 hour

Sprinkle both sides of lamb chop with salt and pepper

Preheat grill

Grill lamb chop on rack, turning halfway through grilling.

Grill 12 to 15 minutes  for medium rare or 15 to 17 minutes for medium

To serve, top each lamb chop with chill butter mixture
