2 turkey breast tenderloins

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup fresh cilantro sprigs

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

3 tablespoons lemon juice

In a blender combine onion, cilantro, salt, black pepper and blend until mixture is finely chopped

Dip turkey breast tenderloins in lime juice

Grill turkey breast tenderloins on the rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals for about 7 minutes

Turn and brush with lime brush

Spread finely chopped onion mixture over turkey

Grill for about 8 minutes more until done
