Serves 4 Per Serving

1 1/2 pound fresh salmon fillet, 1 inch thick 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 bottle Tapenade
Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towels
Cut salmon fillet into 4 serving size pieces
In a bowl stir together mustard and pepper
Brush mustard mixture on salmon fillet pieces and chill for 30 minutes
Preheat grill and reduce to medium heat for indirect cooking
Place salmon fillet on greased grill rack over drip pan
Cover and grill for about 15 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with fork
Top each piece of salmon fillet with Tapenade and serve
