1 lb fresh shrimp in shells 2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons dry white wine
Dash cayenne pepper
Peel and devein shrimp, keeping tail intach
Rinse shrimp and pat dry with paper towels
Thread shrimp into 4 long metal skevers
In a small saucepan melt butter
Stir in garlic, parsley and cayenne pepper and cook for 1 minute
Stir in wine, heat through and set sauce aside
Grill shrimp directly over medium coals for about 6 minutes, turning once and brushing frequently with sauce
Grill shrimp over charcoal grill until done
