4 pieces  of 6 ounce fresh salmon fillet, 3/4 inch thick

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill

2  tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towels

In a shallow dish combine lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, add salmon fillet and turn to coat with marinade

In another small bowl stir together the remaining 1 tablespoon fresh dill, mustard and mayonnaise mixture

Preheat grill and reduce to medium heat for indirect cooking

Place marinated salmon fillet on greased grill rack over drip pan

Cover and grill for 3 minutes

Turn salmon fillet and spread with mayonnaise mixture

Cover and grill for about 2 to 6 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with fork
