1 pound fresh skinless cod fillets, 1/2 inch thick

2 teaspoons Mexican seasoning blend

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 medium lime

1/2 cup dairy sour cream

8 romaine lettuce leaves

Rinse fish; pat dry with paper  towels

Combine Mexican seasoning with salt and sprinkle on both sides of fish fillets

Preheat broiler

Place fish on greased unheated rack of broiler pan

Broil until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork

Finely shred 1/2 teaspoon peel from lime

Cut lime in half, squeeze until you have 1 tablespoon lime juice

In a small bowl stir together lime peel, lime juice and sour cream for sour cream mixture

Serve bite size fish pieces in romaine leaves with sour cream mixture
