4 turkey breast tenderloins 1 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/3 cup walnuts
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
salt and pepper
In a blender place fresh basil leaves, walnuts, olive oil, lime juice, garlic and salt for basil pesto
Blend mixture until smooth and store in refrigerator for 1 day
Season turkey breast tenderloins with salt and pepper
Grill turkey tenderloins on the rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals for about 7 minutes
Brush lightly with basil pesto
Grill for about 5 minutes more until done
