Serves 4 Per Serving

4 pieces of 4 ounce fresh salmon fillet, 3/4 inch thick 1/4 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon snipped fresh chives or sliced green onion
1 teaspoon white wine Worcestershire sauce
Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towels
Lightly coat a 2 quart rectangular baking dish with cooking spray
Arrange fish in prepared dish
In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, chives and Worcestershire sauce
Spread sauce over fish and bake in oven until fish flakes easily when tested with fork
Bake in 450 degree centigrade oven and allow 4 to 6 minutes per 3/4 inch thickness of salmon
